Slots are up
Here are the slots for Albany Gameday XVIII. Post here or email me if you want a seat in any of the open games.
That Marvel game will be based on the 1995 Age of Apocalypse event. I am already running this online, so you all get to benefit from the refinements that follow. :)
And because spoilers won't impact your enjoyment of the game, my YouTube channel where the online game is archived: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCM0NI18Xd4gh8WrVm0rUbIw?feature=guide
We improve a lot after the first session, so feel free to skip it.
This is Roy's blurb from the last gameday. I haven't seen a new one yet but I'm guessing it's a lot like this.
----
Hey all, The Pokemon RPG slot in the afternoon is a tabletop version of the game boy game designed to play out easily with minimum math and fast paced action. The mechanics are specifically designed to be kid friendly so feel free to send them this way. If you want a specific Pokemon on your team let me know.
The only thing you would need to bring is a d20 and scratch paper as I will be supplying all of the character sheets and Pokemon data.
The scenario the hero's will be facing is as such.
You've recently arrived at the Pokemon center only to find it packed with trainers all clamoring to use the storage system. Listening in on some of the conversations around you you realize that there must have been some sort of notice sent out warning trainers remove any stored Pokemon before they were accidentally deleted.
I could run another round of Marvel for people who want to check it out
OR
I could print up 2-3 deathmatch boards for 1st-level 4th edition D&D characters but I need a *minimum* of two three-person teams to run a match (four-person teams are the norm).
Marvel then Shadowhack please!
ReplyDeleteYou got it.

All of those are great options. It's up to you.
ReplyDeleteFeel free to prep for any of that and we'll see where things go.
Well, Marvel is prepped, so that costs me nothing.
ReplyDeletePut me down for Cadkitty's D&D game for now and I'll bow out if there's enough interest in my other offers...
Had an awesome time!
ReplyDeleteIf I promised you a copy of the Marvel pre-gens and haven't received them yet, let me know.
